Black screen in recording when switched to another task

My system is:
OS: Manjaro 25.0.3
DE: GNOME 48.0
Kernel: x86_64 Linux 6.12.28-1-MANJARO
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 with Max-Q Design

OBS: 31.0.3

I have the following issue. Must to know previous OBS versions worked well.
While I am recording a game (XCOM 2) the capturing is OK.
But, when I am switching to another task OBS captures black screen until I am not switching back.

Interesting thing, the issue doesn't occur when I am recording the Launcher/Mod manager of the game.
Please help me.

Can you provide a log? Using pipewire capture? What exact "previous" version of OBS works?

I don't have idea how could I provide a log. Sorry, I can't remember the version numbers. But I am sure, back in the time let's say from this year February to 2023 June, the issue didn't appeared.
Previous versions worked in that way, there was not any black screen in the recordings when I switched to another task with Alt+Tab.
Addendum: I had an idea, what happens if I run the program in Windowed mode instead of full screen. And that worked well, smoothly! No black screens.

OBS has a handy log upload function for next time: go to "Help" -> "Log files" -> "Upload Current Log File".
