We are going crazy trying to figure out why our sound keeps sounding doubled/garbled as soon as we turn our camera on in ProPresenter during a livestream. We use an Allen & Heath QU16 board that feeds into a Scarlett connected through a port in the back of our MacStudio M2. Our camera is a PTX that feeds directly into the MacStudio by HDMI and then goes into OBS which is then connected to Propresenter. We have a remote audio engineer that is connected directly to the QUBoard to an external Macbook laptop M2, which sends it to the Scarlett and out to the livestream. The issue doesn't appear to be with them. The issue seems to arise when we use the switcher in ProPresenter to go to the camera feed in OBS instead of showing a slide on the livestream. Then all of a sudden, the sound goes haywire sounding double and robotic. Almost like the camera is feeding Propresenter sound as well as the QU board. This past service, the sound on the livestream was fantastic until we switched to camera view. Can someone tell me how to shut off any sound coming from the camera in the OBS software or inside ProPresenter? If you go to our livestream video at timestamp 9:59 you'll see the camera is off, at 10:09 the camera turns on and the sound quality instantly diminishes. Livestream
